We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HappyPets Pantry. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

General Returns:

  • We accept returns of all unopened and unused items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 416-923-8888 or visit our store with your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) for eligibility.
  • If the returned item(s) meet our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Return Criteria:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to qualify for a return.
  • We cannot accept returns on opened or used items due to health and safety regulations.
  • Products that have been damaged or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.
  • Perishable items, such as fresh food or treats, cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

  • The shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Exceptions:

  • We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Prescription medications and certain veterinary products are non-returnable due to legal restrictions.
